With our Music Beat Power Yoga classes, as the name suggests, we will use powerful music to create an energy aura during the session. Step up to the mental and physical challenge in this powerful class. One of the main focus of this Music Beat Power Yoga is to tone your body and calm your mind. Expect holding postures for long, challenging balance postures and advanced options for bends, inversions and arm balances.
Then pat yourself on the back at the end of the session, with a guided meditation.
