The Prakriti Membership is for students ready to go beyond simply attending yoga classes and begin building a practice with greater consistency and personal understanding.

Your journey begins with a written Prakriti Assessment to help you understand your Ayurvedic constitution. From there, you have the freedom to explore the complete Yoga by Dosha timetable and practise according to what your body, energy and mind need.

Terms & Conditions

6-month commitment: The Prakriti Membership requires a minimum commitment of six consecutive membership months at AED 599 per month. Payment is collected monthly, and all six monthly payments remain due during the initial term regardless of attendance.

Membership activation: The six-month membership term begins from the activation date recorded in Punchpass.

Rate protection: The AED 599 monthly rate is guaranteed throughout the initial six-month term. Renewal after the initial term will be subject to the applicable membership rate and renewal conditions at that time unless otherwise confirmed by Lifestyle Yoga.

Class booking: All classes must be booked in advance through Lifestyle Yoga/Punchpass and are subject to availability.

Class cancellation: Please cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions, particularly for peak-time and waitlisted classes.

Unlimited classes: Unlimited access is for the registered member's personal use and applies to eligible Lifestyle Yoga group classes on the published timetable. Membership cannot be shared or transferred.

Travel freezes: Two complimentary travel freezes are included during the initial six-month term. I recommend setting each freeze at a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Freezes must be requested in advance and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, transferred to another member or carried forward into a future membership term.

Guest pass: One complimentary guest pass is included per paid membership month. Guest passes are subject to class availability, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and do not roll over if unused.

Written Prakriti Assessment: One written Prakriti assessment is included during the initial six-month membership term. The assessment and related Ayurvedic guidance are intended for yoga and general wellbeing purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

Live online classes: Eligible live online group classes are included while the membership is active. Online class schedules and availability may vary.

Valet parking: Complimentary valet parking is available when attending eligible Lifestyle Yoga classes at Shangri-La Dubai and is subject to the hotel's parking and operational policies.

Early cancellation: The AED 599 monthly rate is offered on the basis of a six-month commitment. The membership therefore cannot ordinarily be cancelled during the initial six-month term. Exceptional circumstances may be considered by Lifestyle Yoga management.

Refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable once the relevant membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Schedule changes: Teachers, class times, formats and schedules may occasionally change. Reasonable timetable changes do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, extension or early termination.

Health & participation: Members are responsible for informing their teacher of any relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations before participating.
