Terms & Conditions

3-month commitment: This membership has a minimum commitment of three consecutive membership months at AED 699 per month. The membership is paid monthly, and all three monthly payments remain due during the initial term regardless of attendance.

Membership activation: The three-month term begins from the membership activation date shown in Punchpass.

Rate protection: Your AED 699 monthly rate is guaranteed throughout the initial three-month term. Any subsequent renewal will be subject to the renewal terms and pricing applicable at that time unless otherwise confirmed by Lifestyle Yoga.

Class booking: All classes must be booked in advance through Lifestyle Yoga/Punchpass and remain subject to availability.

Class cancellation: Please cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions, particularly for peak-time or waitlisted classes.

Unlimited classes: Unlimited access is for the registered member's personal use and applies to eligible Lifestyle Yoga group classes on the published timetable. Membership cannot be shared or transferred.

Travel freeze: One complimentary travel freeze is included during the initial three-month term. I recommend setting this in Punchpass as up to 14 consecutive days. The freeze must be requested in advance and cannot be divided into multiple periods, transferred, exchanged for credit or carried forward.

Guest passes: One complimentary guest pass is available for each paid membership month. Guest passes are subject to class availability, have no cash value and do not roll over if unused.

Live online classes: Eligible live online group classes are included throughout the active membership period. Online schedules may vary.

Valet parking: Complimentary valet parking is available when attending eligible Lifestyle Yoga classes at Shangri-La Dubai and is subject to the hotel's parking and operational policies.

Early cancellation: Because the discounted AED 699 monthly rate is based on a three-month commitment, the membership cannot ordinarily be cancelled during the initial three-month term. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by Lifestyle Yoga management.

Refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable once the relevant membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Schedule changes: Teachers, class times, formats and schedules may occasionally change. Reasonable timetable changes do not automatically entitle the member to a refund or early termination.

Health & participation: Members are responsible for informing their teacher of relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations before participating.
