• 1. Membership duration and commitment

  This membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months from the activation date. By purchasing this membership, the member agrees to the full 12-month contract.

  2. Membership fees and payment

  The membership fee is AED 349 per month, payable in advance through automatic recurring payments. The total contractual value is AED 4,188 over 12 months.

  The member authorises Lifestyle Yoga to collect the agreed monthly membership fee through the selected payment method.

  3. Monthly class entitlement

  Members receive 12 group yoga class credits per monthly billing cycle. Credits are valid only within their respective billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable.

  4. Class booking and cancellation

  All classes must be booked in advance through Lifestyle Yoga's booking system, subject to availability.

  Class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of one class credit.

  5. Membership cancellation and early termination

  This membership is offered at a preferential rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment.

  Early termination is subject to the membership agreement and applicable UAE consumer protection laws. 30 day notice period to cancel 

  6. Membership freeze

  Membership freezes are not included as a standard benefit. Requests for a freeze due to medical or exceptional circumstances may be considered by Lifestyle Yoga, subject to supporting documentation and written approval.

  7. Membership transfer

  Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Class credits cannot be shared with another person or transferred to another account.

  8. Class access

  This membership covers eligible group yoga classes at Lifestyle Yoga Dubai. Private yoga sessions, workshops, retreats, teacher training programmes and other specialised services are excluded unless expressly stated.

  9. Class schedule and availability

  Lifestyle Yoga reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors and class formats when reasonably necessary. Members will be informed of material changes, and their applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

  11. Health and participation

  Members are responsible for informing their yoga teacher of relevant injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before participating. The Prakriti assessment and personalised yoga recommendations are intended for general wellness and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

  12. Acceptance of terms

  By purchasing this membership, the member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the membership terms and conditions.
