Terms & Conditions

Annual pass: The Online Annual Pass provides 12 consecutive months of unlimited access to eligible live online Yoga by Dosha classes.

One-time payment: AED 2,499 is charged as a single upfront payment. This is not a monthly membership or instalment plan.

No automatic renewal: The Annual Pass does not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. If the member wishes to continue after expiry, a new pass must be purchased at the price available at that time.

Pass activation: The 12-month validity period begins from the activation date recorded in Punchpass. I recommend configuring activation from the date of purchase or first class, whichever your operational policy will consistently support.

Unlimited classes: Unlimited access applies to eligible live online Yoga by Dosha classes available on the published timetable. The pass is for the registered member's personal use and cannot be shared, transferred or resold.

Class booking: All live online classes must be booked through Lifestyle Yoga/Punchpass and are subject to the published timetable and availability.

Class cancellation: Please cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled online class if you are unable to attend. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Prakriti assessment: One full Prakriti assessment is included during the 12-month pass period. The assessment and related Ayurvedic guidance are provided for yoga, lifestyle and general wellbeing purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

Quarterly Ayurvedic guidance: Four quarterly guidance opportunities are included during the active 12-month period. Unused guidance sessions/benefits do not carry beyond the expiry of the annual pass and have no cash value.

Online access only: The Annual Pass covers eligible live online classes and the benefits specifically listed above. It does not include studio classes, private yoga, workshops, retreats, teacher training or separately priced programmes unless expressly stated.

Freeze: Because the pass can be accessed from anywhere, standard travel freezes are not included. Exceptional circumstances involving prolonged inability to practise may be considered by Lifestyle Yoga management.

Refunds: The AED 2,499 upfront payment is non-refundable once the annual pass has been activated or used, except where required by applicable law.

Schedule & teachers: Teachers, class times, formats and online schedules may change during the year. Unlimited access applies to the eligible online timetable available during the active pass period.

Health & participation: Members are responsible for practising within their abilities and informing teachers of relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations.
