Do I need to book each class in advance?

Yes — once you purchase your pack, you'll receive a link to book individual classes through our schedule. We recommend booking 24 hours ahead as classes fill up.

How long do I have to use the 5 classes?

30 days from the date of purchase. That's enough flexibility to go at your own pace without pressure.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Mats, props, and filtered water are provided. We are located inside Shangri-La Hotel — parking is available.

Is this offer only for complete beginners?

No. It is open to all new students — whether you've never done yoga or you've practised elsewhere and want to experience a lineage-based approach for the first time.
