Terms & Conditions | 2-Class Lifestyle Pass

Welcome to Lifestyle Yoga. Please review the following terms regarding your purchase:

1. Pass Details & Validity

• Price: The pass is priced at AED 180 for a total of two (2) yoga classes.

• Activation: The pass is activated on the date of purchase or the date of the first booked session (whichever comes first).

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Once purchased, this pass is non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a cash refund.

• Rescheduling Only: Once a class is booked, it cannot be canceled. However, you may reschedule/replace the booking with another class, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the original class start time.

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you fail to attend a booked class or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the class will be forfeited from your pass.

3. Usage & Transfers

• Non-Transferable: This pass is assigned to a single practitioner and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

• Expiry: All classes must be used within 14 days of the purchase date. Any unused classes after this period will expire and cannot be extended.

4. Health & Safety

• By booking a class, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in yoga.

• Please inform the instructor of any injuries or pregnancies prior to the start of the session.

5. Studio Rights

• Lifestyle Yoga reserves the right to change the class schedule or instructor if necessary. In the rare event a class is canceled by the studio, a credit will be returned to your pass.
