Terms & Conditions

Membership validity: The membership is valid for one month from the activation date and automatically renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation of membership: This is a cancel-anytime membership with no minimum-term commitment. Cancellation must be requested before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly payment. Cancellation does not provide a full or partial refund for the current paid membership period.

Class booking: All classes must be booked in advance through Lifestyle Yoga/Punchpass and are subject to availability.

Class cancellation: Please cancel a booking at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in booking restrictions if repeated, particularly for peak or waitlisted classes.

Unlimited use: Unlimited access is intended for the registered member's personal practice and is subject to the published Lifestyle Yoga timetable. Membership cannot be shared or transferred.

Guest pass: One complimentary guest pass is included per paid membership month. The guest pass is subject to class availability, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and does not roll over to the following month if unused.

Online classes: Eligible live online group classes are included while the membership remains active. Online schedules and availability may vary.

Free valet parking: Complimentary valet parking is available for members attending eligible Lifestyle Yoga classes at Shangri-La Dubai and remains subject to the hotel's operational and parking policies.

Membership freeze: Because this is a flexible cancel-anytime monthly membership, freezing or pausing is not included. Members requiring longer travel flexibility may choose one of the longer-term memberships that includes freeze benefits.

Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable once the new membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Timetable & teachers: Class schedules, teachers, formats and availability may occasionally change. Such reasonable changes do not constitute grounds for a membership refund.

Health & participation: Members are responsible for informing the teacher of any relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations before participating.

Lifestyle Yoga reserves the right to reasonably amend class schedules and membership operating policies when necessary. Material changes affecting a member's purchased benefits will be communicated appropriately.
