Non-Refundable Policy

All memberships, passes, and class packages sold by Lifestyle Yoga World are strictly non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. |
All membership purchases — including monthly passes, contract memberships, annual memberships, weekend warrior passes, and corporate rates — are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Relocation, travel, or absence from Dubai
- Work or scheduling conflicts
- Medical conditions or injury (see clause 4.3)
- Dissatisfaction with a class, instructor, or timetable change
- Failure to use sessions during the validity period
- Early cancellation of a contract membership
- Termination of membership due to breach of studio rules
3. Medical exceptions: In exceptional circumstances where a member is unable to attend for a continuous period exceeding 30 days due to a serious medical condition, Lifestyle Yoga World may, entirely at its own discretion, offer a membership freeze (not a refund). This requires submission of a valid medical certificate from a licensed UAE physician. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A maximum of one freeze per membership year is permitted. Frozen time is added to the end of the membership period.
4. Lifestyle Yoga World does not offer partial refunds for unused sessions, remaining days, or remaining months under any membership type.
5. In the event that Lifestyle Yoga World permanently closes the studio or is legally unable to deliver services, members will be entitled to a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of any prepaid membership. This credit may be used against any future Lifestyle Yoga World service or location.
