Terms & Conditions

Six-month pass: The Dinacharya Founding Pass provides six consecutive months of unlimited access to eligible Lifestyle Yoga group classes.

One-time payment: AED 3,499 is charged as one upfront payment for the full six-month period. There are no monthly instalments under this pass.

Pass activation: The six-month validity begins from the activation date recorded in Punchpass.

Unlimited practice: Unlimited access applies to eligible regular Lifestyle Yoga group classes across the published Yoga by Dosha timetable. The pass is personal, non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Founding rate protection: Members purchasing during the eligible founding period retain the right to renew their six-month Dinacharya Pass at AED 3,499, provided they maintain continuous qualifying renewal. If the pass expires and is not renewed within the permitted renewal period, the founding-rate privilege may be lost and the current public rate will apply.

Important: I would use the wording above rather than your current “AED 3,499 on annual renewal” because this product provides six months, not one year. Calling it an annual renewal creates a pricing contradiction.

Renewal: This upfront pass should not automatically renew unless you specifically want Punchpass to charge AED 3,499 automatically every six months. Based on your description of it as an upfront pass, I recommend manual renewal. Lifestyle Yoga can remind the member before expiry and allow them to renew at their protected founding rate.

Class booking: All classes must be booked through Lifestyle Yoga/Punchpass and are subject to availability. Priority booking provides earlier/preferred booking access where available but does not guarantee a place in a class that has reached capacity.

Class cancellation: Bookings must be cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions, particularly for peak-time or waitlisted classes.

Guest passes: Four complimentary guest passes are included during each six-month Dinacharya term. Each guest pass provides one eligible regular group class for one guest, subject to availability. Guest passes have no cash value, cannot be converted into member credits and expire with the applicable six-month pass.

10% member privilege: The 10% discount applies to eligible Lifestyle Yoga workshops, retreats and teacher training programmes booked while the Dinacharya Pass is active. It cannot normally be combined with other promotional offers, early-bird rates or special discounts unless Lifestyle Yoga specifically permits it.

Prakriti assessment & practice plan: One full written Prakriti assessment and 12-month practice plan are included. Ayurvedic and yoga guidance is provided for educational and general wellbeing purposes and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

Quarterly Ayurvedic guidance: Seasonal Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle guidance is provided quarterly during the active membership period. Unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Founding recognition: Founding-member recognition is subject to the member's consent to having their name displayed.

Freeze: Because this is a premium six-month upfront plan, I recommend including up to two travel freezes of a maximum 14 consecutive days each. If you don't want freezes included commercially, remove this clause rather than leaving freeze policy ambiguous.

Refunds: The upfront payment is non-refundable once the pass has been activated or used, except where required by applicable law. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by Lifestyle Yoga management.

Schedule changes: Teachers, class times, formats and schedules may occasionally change. Reasonable timetable changes do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or extension.

Health & participation: Members are responsible for informing teachers of relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations before participating.
